How the year works
From October to May the apartment hosts students for the academic semester. In summer, and in the windows between contracts, it is open for short stays.
June – September, and open windows
The whole apartment for a family or a small group, from three nights up. I welcome you and hand over the keys myself.
October – May
The whole apartment for a group of up to four, on three- or four-month contracts covering the autumn or spring semester. No unknown flatmates.
Who welcomes you
There is no key box. I welcome you in person, show you the neighbourhood, and stay reachable for your whole stay — because I live here.
